John Dickson Guardian of Williams of White minor heir of Robert White deceased for the matter of final settlement

The State of Alabama Clarke County Orphans Court, holden on the first Monday in June it being the 6 day of said month A D 1842, Present the Honorable Joseph P Portis Judge of said court

Dicksons Appoint, It is ordered by the court that John Dickson be appointed Guardian of Thomas D White and William of White minor heirs of Robert White deceased and that he gave bond and security in the sum of fourteen hundred dollars

Approval, It is ordered by the Court that the bond this day given by John Dickson Guardian of Thomas D White and William of White minor heir of Robert White deceased for the sum of fourteen hundred dollars with James H [?] and James Dickson as securities be and the same is hereby accepted by the Court

It is ordered by the Court that the Inventory of property belonging to Thomas D White and William of White minor heir of Robert White deceased as rendered to this Court by John Dickson Guardian be received recorded and filed
