of the May term of said Chancery
Court, 1856, to the next term of
the Supreme Court of said State
of Alabama, to be holden at the
Capitol in the City of
Montgomery on the first Monday in June
next.
We command you that
forthwith make the same known
to the said Samuel W. Shackleford
and Charles F. Sherrod, administrators
as aforesaid or their solicitors,
Peters & Hodges that they may
appear at said time of said
Supreme Court to answer any
thing that shall be for error
assigned.
And that you forthwith
make return of this writ, and
how you shall have executed
the same to the Clerk of said
Supreme Court.
