William W.Watkins Executor of the last Will and Testament of Benjamin
Sherrod late of Laurence County Alabama, decd. having filed his accounts and
Vouchers for a final settlement as such Executor.

It is Ordered by the Master that the same be set for allowance at his Office in the
town of Moulton on the 1st Monday in September next.

It is further Ordered that Isaac N. Owen be and he is hereby Appointed Guardian
ad litem for William C.Sherrod, Frank Sherrod, Alice Clay Sherrod, JohnBolton
Sherrod, Frederick Sherrod, Benjamin Sherrod, Felix Sherrod, Henry Sherrod and
Walter Sherrod, minor heirs and Legatees of said Benjamin Sherrod decd. for the purpose
