Georgia Taliaferro County This indenture made this the thiryeth day of May Eighteen hundred and thirty two between Wilie Womack of the one part and Williamson Bird of the other part witnesseth that the said Wilie do herby bargain and sell lease and convey unto the said Williamson Bird a certain tract or parcel of land for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred dollars in hand paid the receipt wherof is hereby acknowledged containing three and one third acres lying and being adjoining the Town of Crawfordville in Taliaferro County and bounded as follows (Viz) begining on a stake runing thence due North Eight Chains and thirty links to stake thence due East four chains to stake thence due south eight chains thirty links to stake thence due west four chains to the begining Together with all and singular the rights members and appertenences therunto belonging or in any wise pertaining unto the said Williamson Bird his heirs and assigns against the claim or demand of all and Every other person whatsoever for even in fee Simple In witness wherof the said Wilie Womack hath herento set his hand and affixed his seal this day and year above written
