This is to certify that Bob the bearer of this is a boy of good character - is set free according to the will of Grant - also his sister Betsy.
Bob is a pretty good blacksmith - can do plantation work, &c. From what I know of him he is a boy of excellent character as said above - His sister Betsy is also of good character.
