gifts bargeons sales leases mortgages and all other and former
entanglements or incumberenc of whatsoever : avouching
And affiming that before the signing and sealing
of this instrument that we the afore said jeremiah and
abigal my wif are the trew and proper owners of the
afor said forty acres of land afirming that at the time of the
signing sealing herof we have good right full
power and lawfull athority by vertu therof to dispose
of the afor said premises : and every part and parcel
ther of waranting the sale and title her of
against all persons whatsoever lawfully or leagali
Claiming ani right or title her unto in witness
where of we the afore said partise jeremiah mo
