Sufolk Deadham 2 July 1696
To eyther of the constables of mendon in his majesties name
wheare as these persons under named have [brooken?] the [law?]
of god and men and that by [Seling?] [Drenke?] to [Idinans?] : [are?] and seem
to be in coragable in that [S?ne] this is to will and request you
in their to comand them to Atend the quarter Sesions
held at Boston : the first tusday in July to give an Acount
of thier [d?ys] [ther?] in one the next [tisth?] day which
will be the ninth day of July which at eight of the clock
in the fore noone heere of you may not fayle as you
will Answer the perill of the law Ferdinando Thare
