Ordinance was presented and ordered to
lay over until next meeting of the
Board for final action to wit

Be it ordained that, Sec. [illegible] of "Or-
-dinances No 3. concerning nuisances and disorderly
Conduct" passed September 30 1859, be and the said
is hereby ammended was to read as follows
Sec : 12th To run a horse, Mare or mule
for sport for amusement or upon any barter
or wager upon or along any street, ally[alley] or
commons of said town, without showing
a good excuse or necessity for the same. [message cut off]
to ride or lead any horse mare or mule
into any public House or house of business
or upon any gallery or over any fence or steps
on public grounds.

Upon Motion of Ald. Muckleroy, Ald
Amos Clark was unanimously appointed. Street
Commission, as provided for by resolution
of this date.

On Motion of Ald Muckleroy the Board
adjourned subject to call of the Mayor
