Wednesday night October 1. 1856 the Lodge
met at the Lodge Room. the W. C. G. P. filled
vacancies by pro law appointments and opened in
due form.

The minutes of last meeting were read and
approved.

The resignation of membership of [Brother] H. R.
Hyde & W. H. Hamil were read and accepted.

The W. J. presented his report for the [pact terme]
referred to the Finance Committee.

A series of By laws for adoption were
prsented and read first time.

The following officers elect appeared and ever
by the W. C. G. T. July installed to [with].
Bro H. C. Hancock. W. C. G. T. Sister Crosgrove W. D of F.
" F. Voigt W. V. G. T. " E. H. E. Barret. W. D. of L.
" E. W. Cave W. P. " L. T. Sterne F. D.
" O. L. Holmes W. R. S.
" W. F. Hyde W. F. S.
" B. Blake W. T.
" J. H. Muckleroy P. C. G. S.
On motin an election was had for W. C. to fil the
vacancy occasioned by the resignation of membership of the W. C.
elect.

Bro. A. P. Hayter being the only nominee. was elected
by acclamation Worthy Conductor for the prelect term

The following standing Committee were appointed
Finance Committee Furnishing Committee
Bro. C. J. Taylor Bro O. G. Holmes
" J. H. Muckleroy " W. F. Hyde
" F. Voigt " E. W. Cave

The F. D. reported twelve 45/100 dollars as the cash
receipts since last stated meeting.

The Lodge then closed in Due form,
