Board of Aldermen (1866-1877) & Lodge G.S. & D (1855-1858) 091

Wednesday night April 22. 1857. The Lodge met at the
Lodge room. The W. D of F. filled the seats of absent
officers by Protem appointements and Lodge opened in form.

The minutes of last meeting were read and approved
The Finace Committee reported "Correct" the return of
our W. J. Bro Blake. for the term ending April 1. 1857.
The same exhibiting in the Widow's & Orphan's Fund $73.20
and in the General Lodge Fund. 30.77

Was read and on motin appreoved by the Lodge

On motion the Finance Committee were allowed until next
Stated meeting to report on the return of our W. F. J. pact.

On motion an electio for represetatives to the Grand Lodge
for the enseeing twelve months was orderd. And had.

Brother Muckleroy and Sister Jones were appointed Tellers.
And the following were declared. The Representatives elect.
Brothers H. C. Hancock Sisters Mary C. Barret
" Wm. F. Hyde " E. H. C. Barret
" B. Blake " Richana A. Jones
" E. W. Cave " E. Hubert
" O. L. Holmes " M. H. Hamil.

Financial officers reported Eighteen 20/100 dollars receipts since
last stated meeting.

The Lodge then closed in form.

met at teh Lodge room. The W. C. G. S. filled
the seats of absent officers by Protem appointments

The minutes of last meeting were read and
approved.

Bro Holmes was appointed protem on the
Finance Committee.

The Fiance Committee reported "Correct" the
return of our W. F. J. for the term ending April
1.1857. The same exhibiting 311.112 receipts during
the same was read and on motion approved by the
Lodge.
