Lodge met and was opened in due form.

Minutes of proceding meeting were
read and approved.

The petitions of M. H. R.
& M. F. C. Rusk were received and [illegible]
to Commitees ing.

Mrs. N. A. Rusk _ Sisters S. T. Cave
Eugenia Barret Mary S & S Hamil.

Mrs. T. C. Rusk.__ Bro's Holmes
and Hancock.

Committees repoted favorable
ballot had and candidates declared duly
elected. They were tehn instaled in due
form.

The Finance ^ [committee] [updated] a/c of Arnold,
Barret & Linn correct. Report accepted
and draft a ordered to to be drawn.
Lodge closed in due form.
