A petition for membership of Charles
S. Taylor was read and referred to
Brother Car Pitts & Grogans.

Said committee regulations favorably
which report was on motion adjuncts
the ballot was taken, and the application
deal and duly elects.

A petition of the F. Rusk was
[illegible] and referred to brothers bought.
Holmes & Grogans. Which committee
reports favorably. Said reports was
or motion adopting. The applicant ballot [run off page cut off]
for and details duty elects.

Brother John C. Rusk enters the
lodge and appointments P.W.C. protain

for violating the pledge. And declared to be
required to resign the pledge.

excuses from voting in the case of Brothers M Clarks.
