James Morgan Fitzgerald (1817-1855) is the son Captain Edmond Fitzgerald and Mary "Polly" Cook Fitzgerald. He married JWG's oldest child, Fannie White Graves, June 18, 1850. They were married just 5 years before he died. He was sickly as a child and was often ill as an adult. He is buried at White Falls (the home of Captain Fitzgerald), near Mount Airy, VA.
