8th Sept 1849 Finished succoring Tobacco & tying up
all fodder pulled. Riving Boards for Barn

9th clear fair day for meeting

10th Pulling fodder Riving boards for
Barn & finished - clear & fair day—

11th Pulling fodder & gathering to stack
Halling up Boards etc etc. etc. —
alse gone to Mrs Colemans to pull fodder
We are trying to finish Pulling our fodderand done ittoday

12 Tying up all day our Blades & Covering
Tobacco House. cloudy nearly all day

Mr Myers framing up Tobacco House & cutting
house doors & make shutters etc etc

13 Gathering fodder together to stack Tying
up some halling worming & succoring Tob
cloudy this morning ——————

14 Worming & succoring Tobacco Fanning
out a Load of wheat

15 worming & succoring Tobacco, stacking
fodder have put up 6 stacks to this morning
10 stacks put up in all this night Double stacks

17 worming & succoring big second yrs ground
Then for cutting our top fodder have
not cut a plant of tobacco yet - fair & dry
Fanny W commenced weaving counterpanes this morning

18 waggon started to Lynchg with 35
or Forty Bushels wheat Mrs McCullocks
with something like 60, say 40 & 62 meaured
put up 14 stacks fodder began yesterday
to cut our tops at again to day

19 Began to cut big second yrsTobaccoground
& cut stacks did not quite get over that ps

20 This morning cool & Raining cleaning out barnprize
Halling away chaff etc etc etc & Tobacco [sh?]
Halled up 1 Load corn cut some tops & Faned
