I can't figure out the following people: "Mary & children"; "children's land" (possibly the Clement children?); "Eliza"; "millers"; "[Snows?]"

James Clement, brother-in-law of Lucy Ann Clement, was murdered in 1860 during a deposition that took place in Dickinson (Franklin Co.), Va. Legal proceedings had been taking place since Victoria Clement fled from her husband James in 1859 and sued for divorce. At the fatal disposition were Victoria's grandfather Vincent Witcher (taking the disposition), his son, 2 grandsons, and a son-in-law; and 3 Clement brothers. A Clement brother insulted Mr Witcher, who then drew a pistol. The other Clement brothers started shooting. All men of the Witcher family returned fire, killing all 3 brothers. They were later acquitted of murder. The house where the murder occurred is listed (Brooks-Brown House) is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
