Johns Estates Pleasant & charles Halled Rocks to day & Henry all day = 5th Fox at work on well chumney gone to the store, 2 Boys Cutting Henry Halling wood, sent Robin to shop to be shod before, Fox & Horse been here since 9 Oclock ~~Thursday~~^Wednesdayleft Saturday evening fine weather Mrs Hunt came back here this morning but going to Johns again. Fox left ½ after 2 Oclock this evening & horse went to Plantation in evening. No Fox, Hewed p^s for Ice House in morning Killed little Beef weighted 142 lbs Halled up ½ stack Oats, cutting in new ground, Isaac overby here to day quite cool — 8 no Fox yet I went to Pannills & Tan yard got no Leather Sent for waggon fixings for Lynchg in morning chumbly shingling Henry, House claiborne & Jerry Smith Cutting malling Rails & wood & Piling – 9th Mr Fox has not come.
