right cold this morning - Fannie here & I may
I am going to Sarah McCullocks & Plantation
this morning - ground too frozen to Plow.
Fixing there to burn Plant Bed above House,
Henry Plowed some to day,
9th Finished burning & covered & fenced plant
Bed right hand going to Creek& sewed it to day -
Cutting in new ground Henry plowing -
10th Taking down prize Barn Tobacco
this morning - moderate weather -
took new Barn & halled it to prize Barn, -
Halling leaves in evening 2 waggons & cart
11th We went to meeting to day - balance Cutting
12th weather warm went to meeting
13th. Henry Plowing. claiborne Halling wood
Mr Dove fixing waggon Rocker, balance cutting
Mr Wyatt came this morning to work on Room
he is going to move, getting sills & Planes -
14 Began to Hail & snow yesterday & kepted on last
night, & at this morning Mr Wyatt left & we are
striping Tobacco in prize Barn to day. weather
falling nearly all day. Killed last hogs at old place
15th cloudy & like for falling weather striping Tobacco
16 I went to Plantation striping Tobacco Mr Wyatt
Came & finished hewing & went home last night
17th Cutting in new ground to day halled weather
boarding from Granary.
18th Cutting Halling wood, sent Bob to F. Blanks to
Roll Logs Sent Smith to Millers mill with 48 lbs Cotton
to 1 axe to uput & Fillmore to shoe before with
new shoes. Charles Allen gone to Chalk Level
Papers. - weather moderate, little cloudy this morning.
