Wednesday, October 9, 1918

A good day there was frost
this morning. The men finished
cutting corn. Henry and Luke
finished the corn while the others
shocked. Josie got dinner.

I picked a few beans this evening.
Josie sulphered some apples
and made some pickle.

I dug a few potatoes and
cut the sun flowers.
To night Ben and Marvin
has gone to Strait Stone for
plow points.
