Tuesday, October 21, 1919

A cloudy day. No rain to
do any good. The men folks plowed
some. They say the land is so
hard that they cant get it in
order.

Two men come here
trying to sell shares in a mine.

Mr Haynes come to look
at the cattle. He bought two.

Dr Womack come to see the
boys. He is seeking office
so they did not get much done.

Ben went to Lees and got a
few apples. Nellie made light
rolls for supper. Mrs Car
went home tonight. Fletcher
Car
come to see her this evening.

I went to Marvins a
few minutes this evening.
Carrie was working on
a pretty coat for me.
I hate to be a trouble
to any one but cant help my
self.
