A good day. A little rain
this evening.

We all staid at home all
the morning. Josie got dinner.
She had snaps and corn &
pies as good as they could
be. Ben made a swing
for the porch and put it
up. I think it is fine.
I went to Marvins this
evening. They had some
mellons. They were very fine
in flavor.

Ben & Josie went to look
for the turkeys. Did not find
them. I hope nothing wont
happen to them.

Jim come home ok tonight.
We were all so glad
to see him.
