Saturday, July 29, 1922

A good day. Jim & Ben &
Henry worked on the tobacco
all the morning. This evening
Ben carried me & all the
children to Cedar Forest.
I fished some. Caught
three fish. Ben went to
Mrs Powers. We come by
Thomsons Store. We bought
a few things some cups &
sausers[sic]. Nellie & Ella
peeled some peaches &
Nellie caned[sic] them and
some tomatoes. Josie went
up stairs and staid with
her mother some today.
Mrs Car has bin in bed
two day[s]. Mollie Reynols
come to see the sick.
