A cloudy day. We all
staid at home until
noon. Then Henry went
to May Brumfields. He come
home about sundown.
Jim and Ben hunted crows
nest. Foud three. Edna
and Franklin and Mabel and I
staid at the house. I wanted
to get out but the
weather is rough and colde.
Lilia Ward come this
morning and helped to clean
up some. I got dinner
by twelve oclock. Have
some little chickens that
need putting out but the
weather is two bad.
Bathed Franklin and Mabel.
I told them that was
the last of the measles
if they dont take colde.

I have to wonder why the guys were hunting crows nests. Among the options would be to destroy them as pests or to steal a young bird to raise as a pet.
