A cold day. the coldest
of the winter. The men
cut wood in the woods.
Nellie done most of the
cooking. We had back
bone for dinner and [?]
I have not tried to do
anything much today.
Mabel [?] [?] good
most of the day.
Nellie cut out James
shirts for him.
John Hutchenson is
here tonight for the
first time this winter.
I sent Carrie a
letter today.
