A rainy morning. We have
had a good rain. All
we need now. Hope it
may not be so dry any
more this summer.
We all staid at home
until after twelve. Henry
went to Johnson Reynols
this evening. Said he
would go to Strait
Stone tonight.
Lelia Ward come this
morning. She helped
me clean up a while.
There was seven
chickens in the garden
that come near getting
drowed. All come
to except one. All of
them would of died
soon if Jim had not
found them. There has
bin a lot of passing
here today.
