A good day. Ben worked
on his tobacco all day. Jim
was making a hog pen.
Nellie got dinner.
The children and I pulled
grass out of the turnip
patch. We finished that
job. Carrie and
the chldren brought
Janie home and come
to see us a little
while. I come home
with them. Had a good
trip. The road is
awful from Gretna
to Marvins. Hope they
will work it soon
before I go home.
