A good day. The boys
stripped tobacco all day.
The children went to
school. Henry and Joe
Edmons went to
Strait Stone tonight.
Said they were
going to pray[?] meeting.
Henry went to Renan
this evening for
coffee. He drove the
car. I sent to
Denia for butter
today. She sent me
tow [sic] and a half pounds.
I was glad to get
it. I stay here and
don't see any one
and no one to talk
to but Mabel. She
