Dear Mother:

Had a letter from you today dated the 18th. I gather from it that as yet you had not recieved my letters explain that I am not in the States. I am sure you must have them by this time so I will not go all over it again. You said you thought Marion had started her leave and would be in to see you soon. She told me it was to start the 25th, this coming Monday so I guess you will see her before this letter arrives. But sure and take her to a good show and both of you have some fun.

Not much to say for myself these days. Everything is the same. We just go along from day today. We will be here for quite awhile yet and I just know it will get boring very soon. Say have you sent me the money I asked for yet. If

not please do soon. Oh, yes I recieved that birthday money order today. Also had two letters from Anna today. She asks me to please write her sometime but I beat her to the punch. A letter is on its way and should be there by now.

Glad to hear Pop had all his "kids" with him on "Fathers' Day". Would like to him been there. Tell him I was thinking of hime will you.

Well that's about all tonight Mom. I'll write again as soon as I get some mail from you.
