present a clear case of em-
bezzlement against the R M
C & I Co of the amount of $9864.54?

received the money and used
it. It certainly did not go
to the credit of the Rail-
=Road Co or into the books of
the Coal Co. as a charge to
the Treasurer. If this was
the sequel of that correspond-
ence, of course I know nothing
