Public, in and for the City and County of
San Francisco duly commissioned and sworn
Appeared A. A. Cohen Attorney for the plaintiff
and S. W. Sanderson Esq. Attorney for the defendants
and also came Leland Stanford a defendant in
the above entitled action to be examined
as a witness, by and on behalf of the plaintiff
and was by me duly sworn and said examination
was taken by question and answer as follows
