Sister M. Cole. died Oct. 25th on Sat. at 9 'oclk [o'clock] 30 min
in the house of Mrs. E. McKonkey No. 158. Sonora St. Stockton

By request of Creditors J. B. Sanderson made application
to the Probate Court for letters of Administration up-
on the Estate of Margaret Cole deceased.

To this course I was also advised by Hall
Esq. whom I consulted Sat Nov. 1. 1873.

I saw Judge Green, who set Sat. Nov. 22. at 12,
N. for a hearing of the application.

At the appointed time Sat. Nov. 22, Judge Green
issued letters of administration to J. B. Sanderson
and ordered him to procure two Bondsmen, and
have them qualify __ i.e. take the oath __ and give
Bonds in the sum of $1,400 -- to see that J. B. Sander-
son faithfully and justly discharge the duties of
Administrator as above. Also three persons --
residents of Stockton, and property holders __ Real-
estate __ be appointed, to qualify and appraise the
estate to be administered upon
