(gr. Mr. Alexander). Flowers partaking strongly of C. granulosa, green
with whitish, distinctly trilobed lip which is striped with purple, and has
both the front and side lobes fringed.

To Cattleya × 'Maggie Raphael' alba (Trianaei alba × Dowiana
aurea)
(votes, unanimous), from Major G. L. Holford. Sepals and petals
white, lip rose-crimson veined with gold.

To Phaio-Calanthe × Colmanii Phaius × ('Norman' × Calanthe
Regnieri Stevensi)
(votes, unanimous), from Jeremiah Colman, Esq.,
Gatton Park (gr. Mr. Bound). Flowers white with a slight green tint on
the sepals, and a few purple lines at the base of the lip.

Aeson giganteum
in fine condition, and other hybrids.

Major G. L. Holford showed several new hybrids.

J. Wilson Potter, Esq., sent Laelia cinnabarina × Jongheana.

Mr. H. A. Tracy showed Cypripedium xanthimum (Leeanum ×
insigne variety)

Messrs. Heath & Sons, Cheltenham, showed hybrid Cypripediums.

J. Gurney Fowler, Esq., sent Cypripedium × 'Ernest Read' (parentage

Odontoglossum crispum raised from seeds.
