Personally approved before me John M Fuller clerk of the county court of said county the within, named bargainer David Coleman with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that he executed the within named Bill of sale for the purposes therein contained witness my hand at office April 10th 1846

Recd from M.H Bolton Six Hundred dollars for the Purchase money of certain negro Boys (named Henry and Dennis) Henry Eight years old and Dennis Six -I warrant said boys sound Healthy and sensible and slaves for life, I also warrant the title to the said N H Bolton hs kin and assign for now against all and own o this person wherein witness my hand Slave this gild.
