Novembre. In þe mounthe of novembre come nou[gh]t
in no bathes gode is in the hed veyne to be & ven
tused & use garsynge .ij. dayes þ[er] ben of p[er]ile
þe xv. day and xix. day.
Decembre. In þe mounthe of decembr[e] hote
mete use & kepe þe fro days of p[er]ile. iij. the ben
þe xv. day & þe xvj. day the xvij. & þ[a]t day
þat a man bledes on he schulde drinke no reed
wyn nore non newe ale nore dele w[i]t[h] no wo[m]ma[n]
for if he do p[er]avento[r] it wolde blede a[g]en or ellys
bolne & þat ware þe more p[er]ile. How a seik ma[n]
schal dyate hy[m]
Qwo so in woun[n]ded or ill bete
Garlek nore onou[n]s may he non ete
Nor butt[er] nor chese eyre hard nor nesche
Nore fish but of the wat[er] fresshe
