Andw Shanklin James Curry & Brewer Reeves being
appoint'd to [Overs] the Rode from this Courthouse to
Michael Warrens Reported to Turn off by s'd Warrens
house & by the spring then to fall into the old Rode
&with the s'd Rode near the foot of the Hill near Jeremiah Ragins field
from thence through s'd Raginsfield thence along the
Dividing Ridge on the w's of Rich'd Raginsfield crossing
the [sink] draft above the Old glasgo rode & thence into
the Main Street at John Blacks Ordered that Robt
Rutherford be appoint'd overseer to open & keep in
good Repair the said Rode as [Mark'd?] from the [C M ?]
to the foot of the Hill near ragins and that all [Tiths?]
within 3 miles on Each side work thereon
and that the former overseer open the other part
as Mark'd. Jeremiah Ragin
