WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 1865. to day we had orders to be ready at half past twelve for review we just got on the review ground and it comenct raining and caused the review to be dispursed. this being general washingtons birth d it was saluted with thirty five [shots of?] artilery

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 19, this morning I stil feel better I went to the doctor and he said that I was the best of without medicen the regt is on inspection of arms now everything has pased to day as usual

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 1865. I got up this morning and it was a raining every thing loks dreary to day I wrote three letters to day and it is stil raining at dark it blew nearly all of the officers chimneys down yes honor it did

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1865. this morning is a dark and cloudy morning and I feell toterable well it comenct raining again it did not rain long
