H. Ross, and G. Politz in sum of five hundred
dollars as sureties for faithful performance
as shamus of this congregation,
was read and on motion was received
and handed over to the president for safe
keeping.

The secretary reported on delinquency of
member of long standing.
On motion it was laid over till the next regular
monthly meeting. Carried.

The secretary reported that there is charge
in the ledger monthly dues to members that
says that they have not subscribed that
amount.

On motion, the sect'y was instructed
to make the necessary correction.
