Regular Meeting
Sacramento, October 31, 1900

The board of officers met in the synagogue
at 8 p.m. Mr. L. Heilbron, Vice President
presiding.

Roll call of officers, Albert Elkus, president
and H. Weinstock, trustee, noted absent.
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
The following bills were read and ordered
paid.

Frank Lyman for globes 1.95
Record Union advertising services 1.25
H.S. Crocker & Co. for circulars 1.25
Capital Gas Co, Gas & Chimney .85
Secretary for stamps, envelopes & postal 2.50

The bill of C. Suter for [?$119.00] was referred
to the Ladies Auxiliary Society & the
secreatary instructed to communicate with the
secretary of that society.

The building commitee asked further time
to report on bill of Geo. Stack.

On motion, an order was ordered drawn on
the treasurer for $30.45 for taxes.

On motion, it was ordered that a vote of thanks
be tendered to the ladies assisting in the
sabbath school & secretary instructed
to send copy of resolution to the teachers,
namely Miss Alice Weinstock, Annie Marks &
Lizzie Zemansky.

On motion of Mr. Emil Steinman, a committee
of 3 be appointed by the chair to have circulars
printed to send to every Israelite in the city
in relation to the adopted resolution
as the last annual meeting in relation
to the initiation fee to commence January 1, 1901.
The motion was unanimously adopted.
