Regular Meeting
The board met in the synagogue at 8 P.M.
Mr. Albert Elkus, president, presiding.
Roll call, Mr. H. Weinstock absent.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved

The application of Mr. James Harris to become
a member of the congregation was read & on
motion the same was ordered received &
elected.

Communication from Miss Helen Weinstock
acknowledging the receipt of silver dish
and sincerely thanks the congregation.

The special committee on circular letter
to owners of plats in the cemetery to raise
funds for improving same report of the
following contributions received.

On motion, the secretary was instructed to
acknowledge receipt of the amounts.

The chairman of the cemetery reported that
he charged $100.00 to the Myer family for the
plat in the cemetery for burial of their brother
and he has hired a hack for the funeral.
The action of chairman of the cemetery was
approved.

On motion it was ordered that it is the sense
of the Board that in the future to furnish
not more than one hack to a funeral.
