Dear Sir, Bid for Painting, Tinting and Varnishing interior and exterior of Jewish Temple at 15th & O Sts;
We propose to tint ceilings and walls of four small rooms on lower floor and varnish wood work of same, tint walls and ceilings, and varnish wood work of large rooms down stairs. Tint all from halls and stairways, walls and ceilings, varnish all wood work of same, and tint walls and ceilings of main service room up stairs and varnish wood work of same, Including Organ loft of same.
Stain all shingles on exterior of building, paint wood work of same one coat, excluding roof. All to be done in a thoroughly first class manner for the sum of $1116.00.
In addition hereto, give roof of Temple one coat of Pure Linseed Oil and Metallic Paint for the sum of $150.00, and will give Pews in main service room one coat of best interior varnish for the sum of $80.00.
