MARCH 7.
Clear and warm. Mr Dixon and Will helped Lew
butcher the three pigs in the forenoon. They
went away about 11 O clock. I worked in the shop
and we cleaned up some seed wheat and
done some other small jobs.
MARCH 8. Fri
Nice but a little cooler towards night.
Lew went to town in the morning got hom [home]
a little after noon and went to [drilling?]
in wheat on the windy hill place.
Sewed [Sowed] alfalfa seed on the hill piece in
the forenoon and in the afternoon had a very
nice visit with Mr Hoags folks. Ett and the
girls came with Lew and are making us a visit. | 5Thurs
