Circuit Court and for said County do hereby certify that R.A Murdoch, W.M Buchannan, John Dahmer, Alex Bunch, J.N Shackelford, J.D, BlumenThal, B.D Hansell, O.H Pollard, W.E, Berry, H.H, Naugle, Milton Thompson, Sam Banks, twelve in number, whose genuine signature appears to the accompanying pe-tition were members of the grand jury that found the Bill of Indictment against Charles Mack for murder, upon which he was tried and convicted, and includes the name of their foreman. I further certify that A Greeneer, S. Marks, D.A Boon, RN Boon, JJ Clay, and C.E Sliderwell, whose genuine sig-natures appear to the accompanying peti-tion were members of the petition that had the said charges back upon the aforesaid indictment.
