letter sent them asking the Gov to amend the Vermin

on deserted lands. & Stating that same was being
dealt with at once.

that they had inspected piece of land offered
for cemetery purposes by Messrs D Morgan & Sons
& recommend the Council to accept same & have
it surveyed.

accepted & same be surveyed and fenced as soon
as possible. 2nd Cr McFarlane & Carried
