Resolved that a message of condolence be sent to Mrs Bruce & relatives Financial Statement read by Chairman Correspondence Netting Cheque Letter from Secretary of Lands acknowledging receipt of Cheque for £300 A/c wire net Instalments & Stated that balance due was £1407.8.3

Resolved that O/S serve notice on all persons who had not complied with the Act. Town Planning Letter & report received from C.C.Reade re Town Planning Bill, Also letter & report on same matter from T.C. Stephens. Resolved that Clerk apply for 3 copys of town planning for Members of Council.
