Council approve of the transfer.

Govt Produce Dept Letter from the Port Lincoln Branch re rates
Mr A Walker wrote regarding extra chains of road to Kappinnie. Reply to be sent the work has been done.
Leasing Park Lands adjoining Coulta / The Secretary Lands wrote asking for further particulars, in reference to portion to be leased, rent charged, etc.
Reply to sent giving area leased and rent payable.
Application to lease Road received from D. Dorward - Returned; application should be made by adjoining owner.

Petition received asking Council to improve the road to Sleaford, especially from Dollards to Yeenee Gate. Reply to be sent no funds available for the work at present.
Mrs Whitstone applied for permission to erect a Petrol bowser on the kerb in front of Block 10 Bellwoods, & to open up the footpath to lay a pipe to same Resolved permission be given subject to usual fee

Cemetery at Poonindie Resolved that material for new fence for Poonindie cemetery be obtained.
Minister of Local Government . Letter from the Secretary, giving details of conditions pertaining to loans for relieving un-employment.
Kapinnie Vigilence Committee / Letter from the Secretary asking Council to endeavour to have the Road from Cummins to Kapinnie & on to the West Main Road, placed on the Main Roads schedule. Reply to be sent the request will be made.
