Secy National Safety Council re conference to be held on 29 & 30 April and requesting that Council be represented.
Resolved that Council are unable to send a representative.

LE Chambers report of Fire Unit and equipment call to a fire on the farms of Mr Thorpe and also K Blacker Hd Cummins and the prompt attendance and same by the unit, to which the truck
recently purchased by the Council greatly contributed. recd

Petition re Warrow Road
Petition by ratepayers of Coulta ,Warrow, and Cummins for repairs to the Cummins - Warrow Road which is in a very bad state.
The Overseer was insructed to endeavour to have something
done to this road as soon as possible.

Rate of Tractor Hire

Re Pumps Returned to Hannan Bros
HR Proctor Secy Fire Unit Yeelanna advised that pumpers (Evinrude) had been returned to Hannan Bros
Hannan Bros reported that these pumpers arrived in Adelaide damaged in transit evidently through faulty packing
Mr Proctor reported that the pumpers were not removed from the case at Yeelanna but were returned as received
