Overseer Returning Allowance

That Mr McFarlane be asked to carry on for one month after
the Overseer takes over his duties, and following that
month, that he be granted 3 months returning allowance.
Cr Morgan stated that Mr McFarlane had always carried out his duties to the satisfaction of the Council during his 21 years service
