Post Office Land Letter from Hon A. Poynton re price of ground for extension of Local Post office
Balance Sheet Letter from Local Gov Dept Stating that the Annual Statement of Receipts & Expenditure had not reached that office also re Hawkers Licenses

Cr McFarlane asked that 5 chns of Forming & gravelling be done in Dublin St Request granted Also asked that Porter Street be repaired Granted.

Cr Puckridge asked that Spoon drains be repaired along west Main Rd. Resolved that O/S procure enough Concrete Pipes to repair the worst drains on west Main road

Cr Hall moved that Tenders be called for 6 chs of metal between Yeelanna & Roedigers in the worst places 2nd Cr Puckridge & Carried
O/S report read. Resolved that Shepperds & Hayman offer to repair road near their Property for £20 be accepted

Cr OShan asked that Chapmans road be repaired Also asked that Solicitor be instructed to draw up by law to deal with motor traffic & Stand

Resolved that Ranger take steps to remove Stock from the main roads
