My dear Mrs. Sewall:-

I send you herewith several copies of the children's magazine of which we spoke yesterday. As you will understand these are not exactly the form of the American copies, which will have larger type the a little larger altogether.

I hope to be in on Saturday morning at about 11.30 to talk about the Council and about these books. If you could try one or two in your kindergarten children tomorrow you might be able to give me a more definiative opinon. I hope that I may not seem to be in too great a hurry but I am anxious to get the thing started as soon as possible. I think as you do that it fills a place now quite unprovided for with the help you have so kindly promised and of which I have written to England I {piece missing}

that they will be a great success. With the Free Kindergarten of 5000 and the Indiana Board we should get a good start and I know that you can persuade them to anything so good as these books are.
