I [have?] [?] me your letter dated January 10th, which did not reach me until a some what later date. I have to say in [whole?], that I shall be glad to take part in the World's Congress of Representative Women.

If much [pre-?] [pared?], I will accept the topic assigned me, but what which I have just mentioned would, I think be more within my [pro?] [?].
