Debt for not Making a passage for Fish

aforesaid to demand and have of the said David the sum in fifty pounds one hay thereof for the use of the Ptt the other half thereof for the use of the [poor] of the town of ____ aforesaid yet the said David tho' requested hath not said it but unjustly detain it to the damage of the said [?] who sues as aforesaid the sum of.

Debt on the Funeral Act

Attach A. of ____ to [answer?] to B. of ____ who sues this action as well for the poor of the town of ____. As for himself in a plea of debt for that whereas C. late of ____ aforesaid gent having made his will and appointed the said A executor thereof died and afterwards on the ____ day of ____ was buried and the said A being executor as aforesaid and having the regulation of the funeral of the said C. did on the said ____ day of ____ at ____ aforesaid give more gloves than his pair to the said C.'s bearers and one pair to each minister of the church or congregation to which the said C. belonged [ag.] [?] of this province in that case made and provided whereby the said hath forfeited fifty pounds lawful money one moriety thereof to the said B. who sues for the same got the said A. has not paid the same tho' requested but unjustly detain it.

Debt on the Militia Act

Summon A.B. of ____ to answer C.D. of ____ clerk of the military foot company in ____ aforesaid who sues this action as well for said company as for himself in a plea of debt for that E.F. captain of the said company on the ____ day of ____ and on the ____ day of ____ at said ____ drew up and mustered the said company to improve them in military arts and exercises in the usual place for that purpose; and the said A.B. then belonged to said company and was liable to train it yet he without cause neglected to attend on each of those matters altho he was duly warned to attend them whereby he by force of the Province laws in that behalf provided hath forfeited [5?] for each of those neglected being
